When a homeowner, a home builder, or developer register and submit a project bid request, it is submitted to reputable area contractors to immediately respond to.

The contractor is expected to contact the proposed fencing client by phone, within 3 days.   Together they will review the project proposal and visit the proposed job site.


Within 2 days of that visit, the contractor is to deliver a written bid proposal for the job, the estimated date to commence and complete the project. 


All bids will include labor and materials and any other charges if applicable.  The bid will also cite an expiration date for acceptance of the bid.


The client has every right to negotiate the bid directly with the contractor. 

Once a bid is either mutually accepted or rejected, the contractor will  immediately notify the Fencing Broker by email, to advise them of the status of the job.
