NOTE: Fencing contractors who are actively
installing fences, are not considered for operating their own
referral business.
We want to be sure each county is served by a referral
management team that is focused only on referral operations and
nothing else in the fencing industry.
This referral business can be managed by one person.
The more aggressive business owners and those located in areas with greater
population density (such as Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Bellingham, Spokane, and
Vancouver), will certainly put in more time and expense managing their
operations than those in smaller populated areas.
The business is built on the premise that the first step is to
build your list of available and reputable contractors; they'll sign a legal
contract, to accept fencing referrals, to provide a bid proposal to prospective
consumers, and upon bid acceptance, take the steps necessary to begin and
complete the job in a satisfactory manner, and is within a agreed upon time
frame between the contractor and the consumer.
There is a standard
contract agreement that is used by the referral business owner and the
contractor. It is recommended that this contract not be altered.

at any time, however.
As a referral business affiliate, you as the business owner are
an independent contractor, a separate entity, with your own state approved,
referral business license.
To become a partnering business owner for a given locale (by
county), the following must be provided for consideration and acceptance:
3. a 3-year business plan that addresses financial resources available,
projected sales goals, projected annual expenses, etc
4. bank statement showing a minimum of $2500 in
savings/cash reserves the past 6 months
5. Application fee of $1500, payable by cashiers check and
attached to the application (made out to fencingbrokers.com) to
cover website startup fee. Check is cashed only when applicant
is accepted for a territory by fencingbrokers.com. This fee
(cashiers check) is returned to the applicant, should
application be declined for whatever reason.
6. A copy of a WA State approved business license as a referral service
business.
FencingBrokers.com will create a online website that is the only
website to be used by the referral business owner in the online management of
their business. This website, domain name selected, and the databases maintained
on the site, remains the property of FencingBrokers.com. However its use
is provided by a lease agreement mutual accepted by the business owner and
FencingBrokers.com.
Database records managed and maintained by the business owner, remain the
property of the business owner unless they terminate their affiliation, the
database may be copied for the business owner, but will remain on file or in an
archive by FencingBrokers.com ---
The site is FREE for the first three months or until 6
completed referrals have been accepted by contractors, and 6 jobs have been
completed for consumerss, whichever happens first; after which, a website
leasing fee (including hosting fee) will be paid on the first of each month to
FencingBrokers.com per a contract agreement.

Clark County - $150
Island County - $150
King County - $500
Kitsap County - $150
Pierce County - $250
Skagit County - $150
Snohomish County - $250
Whatcom County - $150
Spokane County - $200
Thurston County - $200
All other WA State Counties - $100
* The monthly leasing fee will
increase annually by 8%.
Under no circumstance would a smaller county have to pay the same amount
as a much larger metro area!
Do Not Delay,
as once a county is spoken for, no
other entity will be granted the opportunity to serve that
jurisdiction, unless of course the current representation is
terminated for whatever reason.
